Co-founder Reggie Dupard grew up in the Magnolia Projects of New Orleans with a big dream: to play in the NFL. Though often teased for being smaller than his classmates, Reggie never let that stop him. When a classmate laughed at his dream, he turned that doubt into determination.
Wearing the number 21, he pushed through every obstacle, from playground football to becoming a 1st-round NFL Draft pick with the New England Patriots in 1986.
Today, that same spirit lives on through #DiscoverU21 inspiring youth to believe in themselves, work hard, and give back.
