The DiscoverU21 Leadership Vision Tour is Fit and Faithful Living's highest-honor scholarship experience, awarded each year to top-performing scholars ages 12–18. This fully funded 5-day business immersion takes scholars to San Francisco, California, one of the world's most innovative cities, to walk the campuses, boardrooms, and landscapes that shape global leaders.
This is not a field trip. This is a business trip built to expand every scholar's vision of what is possible for their life.

- UC Berkeley Campus - Haas School of Business, leadership panel with current students
- Apple Park Visitor Center - Cupertino, CA

- Cross-cultural training with a local Bay Area community nonprofit partner
- San Francisco Chinatown - Cultural exploration and entrepreneurship history
- Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square
- Golden Gate Bridge - Leadership reflection exercise
- Muir Woods National Park - Redwood Forest, resilience discussion
- Lombard Street
- Alcatraz Island - Overcoming adversity discussion
- Credential presentation ceremony and vision statement sharing
- The Power of Perspective Exploring how personal experiences and relationships shape the way we see ourselves and others.
- Pride and Perspective Examining the role pride plays in leadership, decision-making, and how we show up for the people around us.
- Grace Over Ego Practicing the courage to lead with humility, resolve conflict with integrity, and choose growth over defensiveness.
- This credential represents an advanced/mastery level leadership competency as defined by the DiscoverU21 Program Skills Framework.
- Participants who complete all three sessions earn the DiscoverU21 Pride and Perspective Series digital badge, a verifiable credential they can share on LinkedIn, college applications, and professional profiles.
The scholarship covers:
- Round-trip airfare, Dallas/New Orleans to San Francisco
- Hotel and lodging for all four nights and five days
- All ground transportation
- All excursion entry and activities
- Special FFL Leadership Vision Tour program attire

Scholars who complete the Leadership Vision Tour earn the DiscoverU21 Masterclass in Leadership Excellence digital badge, a verifiable credential they can share on LinkedIn, college applications, and professional profiles.
This badge recognizes scholars who have earned a fully funded scholarship to the DiscoverU21 Leadership Vision Tour, completed all 5 days of the San Francisco immersive program, and demonstrated consistent application of the 4C's Core Values , Care, Confidence, Courage, and Communication, throughout the program year as assessed by the FFL Ranking System.
