Pride & Perspective Badge
A three (3) hour youth leadership workshop.
Focus: Equips participants with the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and conflict navigation skills needed to lead with integrity and purpose. This series challenges participants to look inward, examine the influences that shape their perspective, and develop the courage to lead with grace rather than ego.
The Power of Perspective Participants explore how personal experiences, relationships, and environments shape the way they see themselves and others. They develop tools to expand their worldview and lead with empathy.
Pride and Perspective Participants examine the role pride plays in decision-making and relationships. They learn to distinguish between healthy confidence and ego-driven behavior, and practice leading from a place of clarity and character.Grace Over Ego.
Participants apply strategies for navigating conflict with humility and intention. They practice choosing connection over competition and growth over defensiveness.
