Workforce Readiness
The Pathways to Purpose: Workforce Ready credential is awarded by DiscoverU21, a program of Fit and Faithful Living, Inc., to emerging adults ages 16 to 26 who have completed a comprehensive workforce readiness program preparing them for sustainable career entry.
Earners develop job-readiness skills: Resume writing, interview preparation, professional communication, workplace expectations, and career pathway planning.
The Workforce Ready badge signals to employers, workforce boards, and higher education institutions that the earner is prepared, verified, and career-ready. Issued by a GuideStar certified nonprofit serving South Dallas and Oak Cliff, Texas since 2011.
